The SDS SuperBender  automatic steel rule processor / bender is the newest Extreme Machine from Adams Technologies. With new features that make it more productive than ever, this machine has the capability and model versions to do everything from 2pt through 4pt rule. This is a fully automatic system that notches, cuts the rule to precise length, (either with a perfect straight cut or a miter) and bends the rule in a single linear process. SuperBender produces pieces that are fully finished with no additional  processes.  SuperBender uses a patented* mechanism that produces bends that were previously impossible.  From the processing unit, rule is fed into the nozzle, which grips it tightly.  Retractable bending fingers then accurately bend the rule to it’s final shape.  This enables SuperBender to bend sharp angles up to 125º, (in 2-point rule) small radii, complex designs, and closed shapes.  This Next Generation EasyBender Offers greater Value, More new Options, and the same excellent quality and service that have made EasyBender number one in the world.  The SuperBender even offers nicking and  broaching in the same unit!
