Adams Technologies began operations in December of 1996. In January of
1997, we introduced the SDS EasyBender to the North American market, and the
EasyBender has been our flagship product ever since. EasyBender's introduction sent shock
waves throughout the diemaking industry, and we were soon selling one system per
week. In September of 1997, Mike Adams, President of Adams Technologies, was
named as the IADD Diecutter/Diemaker of the Year, due to a great extent to the
tremendous impact of the EasyBender in the industry. In 1998, our daughter
company introduced the EasyBender to Europe, where it immediately became the
number one processor / bender in Europe. 1999 marked the introduction of the
EasyBender Turbo to the world market, further accelerating the EasyBender's
dominance of the world market. Also in 1999, the Korean Ministry of
Commerce named the EasyBender the Grand-Prize winner as the best Export Product
of the Year. In December of 1999 Brian Song, the inventor of the
EasyBender, was awarded a Korean Presidential
Citation for SDS's extraordinary performance.
Since our founding we have continued to grow,
and as of this writing, we have sold over 400 machines in North America. We
thank all our customers for their confidence in our products and our
organization.
