RELEASE EasyBender Rotary is here! Adams Technologies, Inc. announces the introduction of the first automated rule bender for rotary cutting rule. The EasyBender Rotary bends, notches, miters and cuts in-line. 4 point or 3 point rotary rule can be processed and bent for 66-inch diameter rotary cutting dies. The EasyBender Rotary has been designed with similar features to our current EasyBender Turbos for processing straight rule. Compact design, ease of use, reliability, accuracy and efficiency have always been hallmarks of our benders and the EasyBender Rotary is no exception. This new technology allows the diemaker to dramatically reduce time spent on manually bending, locating, notching and mitering the steel rule. An additional feature of the bender provides for automatic or manual placement of relief notches. The EasyBender Rotary fills the gap in the rotary diemaking process.
